What is Market Speed?

Market Speed shows real-time buy/sell pressure for the top 24 cryptocurrencies. The gauges display the balance between buyers and sellers based on live trade data from Binance.

How to Read the Gauges

Needle Position: The needle moves between -100 (strong sell pressure) and +100 (strong buy pressure). A centered needle (0) indicates balanced trading activity.

Colors: Red/orange indicates selling dominance, yellow is neutral, and green indicates buying dominance.

Rolling Window

Use the slider to adjust the time window (5-30 seconds). A shorter window shows more reactive, volatile readings. A longer window provides smoother, more stable pressure readings.

Buy/Sell Pressure Calculation

Pressure is calculated as: (Buy Volume - Sell Volume) / Total Volume × 100

Trades are classified as "buy" when a market buyer takes a sell order (taker buy), and "sell" when a market seller takes a buy order (taker sell).

Prices are shown in your preferred currency (USD). Green flash = price up, red flash = price down.
